      <image:caption>Kelly is the founder of Guided Healing Licensed Clinical Therapy, LLC which she opened in 2019. Kelly utilizes evidence based practices integrated with mindfulness skills, and is here to help safely guide you through the healing process. Kelly specializes in: grief/loss, trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, transitional life issues, sexual assault, postpartum depression, self-harm, sexual identity issues, foster care and adoption, divorce/separation, captivity and relationship issues. Kelly is a Nationally Certified Trauma Therapist (TF-CBT) with additional training in Mindfulness. She is a graduate of the College of Charleston in 2005 with a degree in Communications and received her Masters from The Citadel in 2008 in Counselor Ed: Clinical Counseling.  Kelly takes a holistic approach to wellness, and helps identify various factors that can present as barriers to happiness. She is determined to help you reach your goals and to guide you in learning how to live authentically, grow and evolve, and to find fulfillment in life. You are worth it. Kelly would love to meet you and promises to keep you emotionally safe in this strength-focused therapy process, to meet you where you are, and to help you center your focus on your mind/body connection.       <image:caption>James’s positive outlook in life is what led him to becoming a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker.  He has experience in helping clients manage stress, depression, anxiety, trauma and crisis intervention.  All of this experience has been used in both group and individual settings which has helped him to hone his skill.  When focusing on his clients, he practices a “non-judgmental” outlook which allows clients to be themselves and to feel comfortable opening up.  In 2011 James graduated West Virginia University in Morgantown, WV where he obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work.  From there, he went on to the University of South Carolina in Columbia, SC where he graduated with his Masters Degree in Social Work. After graduate school, James worked in an intensive outpatient setting, treating various diagnosis. James uses a solution focused therapy approach that allows the client to take charge in solving life stressors.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Jessica believes that therapy is a process of healing and transformation. She believes that what makes therapy work is stepping into a session with the willingness to be vulnerable and honest. While sessions can be formal and direct at times, Jessica believes in the power of just having a conversation. Jessica promotes an environment that is relaxed, open, encouraging, and non-judgmental. She strives to make you comfortable as you work together to develop growth (and everyone knows growth can be uncomfortable). Jessica specializes in working with couples and individuals on topics related to relationship discord, substance use, anxiety, depression, stress, and major life transitions.  Jessica graduated from Charleston Southern University in 2015 with a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Minor in Health Promotion. She then graduated from the Citadel in 2019 with her Master’s in Clinical Counseling. She is currently a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC 7910) and is actively working to achieve her certification in Alcohol and Drug Counseling. Jessica has experience in a multitude of therapeutic skills and techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Skills, Emotion Focused Therapy Skills, Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing.  Jessica is honored to provide therapy via telehealth only – serving those that might not be able to access in-person services. Lauren received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of South Carolina, with a minor in Women’s &amp; Gender Studies. She graduated from the Citadel Graduate College in 2018 with her Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling Psychology. Lauren is a Licensed Practicing Counselor (LPC.) She specializes in working with individuals who are navigating trauma, grief, sexual assault, depression, anxiety, relationship stressors, emotional dysregulation and numerous other life difficulties.       <image:caption>Elisabeth is passionate about helping children and adolescents navigate through life’s challenges. She specializes in helping her clients cope with anxiety, depression, anger, school issues, and family changes and transitions. She will create a nonjudgmental and accepting therapeutic environment, where meaningful growth can be fostered, no matter the client’s age, religion, race, sexuality, or socio-economic status. Elisabeth bases her therapeutic techniques on individual client needs, and pulls heavily from a CBT approach. Her goal is to help all of her clients identify, understand, and learn to positively cope and express their feelings and behaviors, so that they can enter therapy as they are and leave how they want to be.  Elisabeth is originally from Clemson, SC, and graduated from Clemson University in 2013 with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies and a minor in Psychology. She then went on to earn her Master’s Degree and Education Specialist Degree in Counselor Education from Clemson University in 2016 (Go Tigers!). She is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, a Nationally Certified Counselor, and a member of the American Counseling Association. She has been working as a counselor in the Charleston area ever since, and loves being able to help and support this community of families. She believes every child’s feelings matter; every child’s thoughts matter; and every child’s story matters. She has a strong background in working with children and adolescents in the areas of anxiety, athletics/sports, anger and behavioral concerns, grief/loss, family changes, life transitions, and school issues. Leandra tailors her work to best fit an individual’s specific needs and uses a variety of evidence-based practices and developmentally appropriate interventions to meet the goals she and her client create together.  Leandra graduated from the University of Alabama in 2013 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development and Family Studies. She then pursued her Master’s Degree in Counselor Education and an Education Specialist Degree from Clemson University and graduated in 2016. She is currently a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, a National Certified Counselor, and a member of the American Counseling Association.
