Throughout her career, she has been dedicated to providing support and healing for children, adolescents, and young adults navigating various obstacles. Her primary goal is to offer a secure and genuine space for individuals seeking positive change to explore their experiences. Leandra is passionate about celebrating each person's unique qualities, fostering personal growth, and empowering them through a strong therapeutic connection.

Leandra brings extensive experience in addressing areas such as anxiety, depression, anger and behavioral issues, grief and loss, family transitions, the unique challenges faced in athletics and sports, and significant life changes. Recognizing that each individual's needs are different, she customizes her therapeutic approach using a range of evidence-based practices and interventions to achieve the goals collaboratively set with her clients. With a foundation in trauma-informed care, Leandra integrates techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing.

Leandra holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Alabama. In 2016, she earned both her Master’s Degree in Counselor Education and an Education Specialist Degree from Clemson University. She firmly believes in the transformative power of the therapeutic relationship and its capacity to foster positive impact, healing, and meaningful change.
