At Guided Healing Clinical Therapy, we take a holistic approach to wellness, and help identify various factors that can present as barriers to happiness. Individual Therapy

60 minute individual therapy sessions will help equip you with skills to reframe negative thinking, decrease self-judgement, increase healthy thinking and increase self-love, self-care and self-acceptance. Learn how to strengthen coping skills that are working for you, and how to learn new skills to increase emotional balance and mindfulness. We will provide emotional safety, support, validation, encouragement and evidence based treatment that will help you learn how to live an emotionally sound life. Together, we'll work to identify and decrease unhealthy habits and thought patterns that are holding you back from true happiness. 

Trauma Therapy

60 minute therapy sessions that will work to address and promote healing from current and past traumas.

TF-CBT (trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy) will teach you how to identify traumas, learn psychoeducationally about trauma, learn how to identify cognitive distortions resulting from trauma and to learn how to feel safe, cope effectively and have healthy and trusting relationships, and healthy attachments again. The TF-CBT model targets PTSD symptoms and emotion dysregulation caused by traumatic stressors.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy is an extensively researched, effective psychotherapy method proven to help you recover from trauma and other distressing life experiences, including PTSD, anxiety, depression, and panic disorders.

Seeking Safety therapy is a present-focused therapy that will help you attain safety and recover from substance abuse caused by trauma, including PTSD, by emphasizing coping skills, grounding techniques, and education.

Group Therapy

We provide seasonal group therapy, based on the fluid needs of our community and our clientele. Group therapy sessions are facilitated by one or two therapists who work together to provide therapy in a small group setting. Group therapy instills hope, altruism, common ground and understanding, validation and psychoeducation on a variety of important topics over the course of 4-6 weeks. Previously, we've hosted therapy groups to include: adolescent depression groups, adolescent anxiety groups, divorce groups for kids, groups for women with the diagnosis of Autism and trauma groups for different ages.
